HOW I STARTED MAISON BRIOCHE?
Hi! I am Elodie.
I have always been passionate about food and baking. I developed a special interest for brioches and breads in the past couple of years. I love to play with flavors and textures to create great products that both look and taste great. Beyond the baking and creative process, I love sharing my creations with people I love, those are always amazing moments of connection and relaxation.
I opened Maison Brioche to share my creations and those moments to a broader audience.

All baked goods are made to order by hand.
Recipes have been developed and tested through years. I am a huge advocate for home-made, handcrafted and simple baking. I love experimenting with flavors and textures while using simple ingredients, as less processed as possible. Most of the ingredients I used are raw or homemade using proven and tested recipes.
